Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed identity cybersecurity startup, building innovative solutions that help enterprises secure and manage digital identities. As they scale globally, they're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to drive GTM efficiency and revenue performance.
The Role:
This is a strategic leadership role owning Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll partner with executive leadership to design scalable processes, optimize systems, and provide insights that unlock growth.
Experience in the identity cybersecurity space is essential—you understand the challenges and buying cycles unique to this market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Revenue Operations function across GTM teams
- Build and optimize systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Gong, etc.)
- Improve forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and GTM performance
- Drive strategic planning: territories, quotas, compensation
- Develop dashboards and reporting to guide decision-making
- Ensure clean data and operational rigor across the funnel
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years in RevOps or GTM Ops, ideally in a cybersecurity SaaS startup
- Proven success in identity cybersecurity (IAM, IGA, PAM, CIEM)
- Strong systems and data experience; highly analytical
- Skilled cross-functional partner with excellent communication
