We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant to join our growing Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and
CPQ, with hands-on experience in implementing complex pricing and quoting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, etc.
- Develop and maintain custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch/Schedule Apex, CPQ Plugins, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform code reviews and optimize Apex & LWC implementations for performance and maintainability.
- Utilize point-and-click features such as Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Data Loader.
- Integrate CPQ with Salesforce Clouds and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Ajax Toolkit, HTML/CSS, jQuery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensure smooth CPQ operations, and maintain platform integrity.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and adopt best practices for configuration and customization.
Mandatory Skills
- 6–7 years of Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong development experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce CPQ Plugins.
- Hands-on experience in configuring complex CPQ use cases.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
