Permanent Group Chief Financial Officer
Privatal is currently mandated by a private equity fund for its newly acquired portfolio company in the tax, audit, legal, and consulting space, with an HQ in Berlin.
The Ideal CFO Profile
- Demonstrated experience in business models related to services, but a background in Big Four, or similar audit companies.
- Demonstrated experience in post-merger integrations, group consolidation, and synergy realisation in a fast-paced group.
- Demonstrated experience in buy-and-build scenarios as the group is looking for a roll-up strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in building up finance functions, organisational structures, and implementing new systems, processes, and tools for transparency.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario.
- Demonstrated experience in being the point of contact for all stakeholders, audits, investors, banks, and similiar.
- Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics.
Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
