Job Title: CPQ Developer
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned CPQ Developer who can take ownership of our quote-to-cash lifecycle by leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce CPQ and associated processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver high-impact CPQ, CLM & Orders lifecycle solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage and customise the Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Orders Lifecycle.
- Understand the data model related to Salesforce CPQ and use that understanding to build scalable solutions.
- Perform product setup, product options, product configuration & rules, pricing, discounting and quote templates in Salesforce CPQ.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST APIs.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and customisations.
- Ensure quality, performance and maintainability of CPQ solutions.
- Provide support for ongoing CPQ maintenance, enhancements and user-training as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in CPQ development.
- Expert in configuring, managing and customising Salesforce CPQ, CLM and Orders lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ data model.
- In-depth knowledge of product setup, product options, product configuration & rules, pricing, discounting and quote templates in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through connectors, SOAP/REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is a big advantage.
