Kingsway Living is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead the financial stewardship of a rapidly growing healthcare real estate organization. Based in the greater St. John’s area, this is a unique opportunity for a values-driven leader to influence meaningful outcomes in senior care across Newfoundland and Labrador.

🔑 What You’ll Do

As CFO, you’ll report to the President and CEO and play a key role in executive leadership. You’ll lead all financial operations—from budgeting and forecasting to risk management and strategic growth planning.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading accounting, finance, and FP&A teams
Delivering timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Advising leadership on financial strategy, capital planning, and risk
Supporting M&A activity and real estate development financing
Implementing cost controls to ensure financial performance
Guiding long-term business strategy alongside the executive team

✅ What You Bring

CPA designation + post-secondary degree in finance or accounting
10+ years in senior finance roles, ideally in real estate, healthcare, or similar
Experience with complex financial structures, capital raises, and FP&A
Excellent communication skills—confident working with boards and executives
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
