Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in program management with a track record of fostering operational excellence.
- 3 years of experience developing analytical frameworks to underpin decision-making processes.
- Experience executing on projects and programs involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in program management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ability to function both separately and within a team environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own the internal reporting and business analytics/intelligence for operational programs, support the development and maintenance of the internal communication hubs for the organization.
- Perform review of documents uploaded in the drive to ensure compliance, assisting in drafting and maintaining the document intake and maintenance guide.
- Prepare for the annual audit by checking a sample of data centers for completeness and adherence to naming standards, help coordinate mandatory training materials.
- Manage need-to-know access requests and ensuring security protocols are followed, support the administration of the change management program.
- Support the administration of the change management program, identify and implement process improvements across all areas of focus to ensure the organization is moving fast and scaling effectively.
