Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CPQ configurations and workflows
Design and implement product configuration rules, pricing structures, discount models, and approval processes
Configure CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Oracle CPQ, etc.) to support complex product offerings
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other business systems
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training
Provide post-deployment support and enhancements
Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3–7 years of experience in CPQ implementation or support roles
Strong knowledge of CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or Apttus
Experience in product configuration logic, pricing models, and quote automation
Understanding of B2B sales processes in industries such as manufacturing, telecom, SaaS, or automotive
Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into functional solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
CPQ certifications (Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Apttus Certified, etc.) preferred
