Your Mission
As a CFO in our network, you’re not a back-office number cruncher you’re a strategic growth architect.
You design financial playbooks for scaling, master subscription and usage-based economics, and act as the trusted voice in the boardroom.
You’re fluent in SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Payback) and AI venture economics from model training costs to GTM runway planning. You bridge data, capital, and strategy to drive exponential growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Build and lead Finance across Controlling, Accounting, Tax & Compliance for scaling SaaS/AI businesses.
- Funding & Investor Relations: Manage equity and debt financing, lead fundraising rounds, maintain strong investor relationships.
- Metrics & Analytics Mastery: Develop and track SaaS and AI-specific KPIs that drive decision-making and valuation.
- Forecasting & Growth Modelling: Build dynamic scenario models to navigate scale-up volatility.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
- Process & System Scaling: Implement ERP, BI, and automation tools for efficient, data-driven finance.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage contractual risk, safeguard IP value.
Ideal Profile
- Proven track record as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance in SaaS or AI-driven scale-ups.
- Strong experience in venture capital fundraising and investor communication.
- Deep understanding of subscription-based and AI commercial models.
- Skilled in financial storytelling translating complex numbers into strategic clarity.
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and hands-on in scaling environments.
- Fluent in English (German a strong plus).
