What You’ll Do:
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and budgets
- Oversee multi-company financials and perform financial consolidations
- Lead all HR processes, procedures, and policies company-wide
- Prepare and distribute monthly management reports
- Partner with the systems team to lead our ERP implementation
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of financial management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of finance, budgeting, accounting, cost control, and GAAP principles
- Experience managing general insurance and employee benefits programs
