The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the overall financial management of the Bank. This role provides strategic financial guidance, ensures the integrity of financial reporting, manages capital and liquidity, oversees regulatory compliance, and supports the Bank’s growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the Bank’s financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital strategies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure all filings (Call Reports) are submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure integrity of financial records.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and examiners.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, including FDIC, and FRB.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting bank operations.
Treasury & Asset Liability Management
- Monitor the Bank’s capital adequacy, liquidity position, and interest rate risk.
- Chair or support the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO).
- Optimize the investment portfolio and balance sheet composition.
Risk Management & Operational Support
- Collaborate with other departments to support enterprise risk management (ERM) practices.
- Monitor key financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Participate in product pricing, branch performance reviews, and vendor evaluations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ethical behavior, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- CPA or MBA a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, must be within the banking industry.
- Deep understanding of banking regulations, financial reporting, and asset/liability management.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
