Role Description
This is a full-time, remote, role for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Gibbs Corporation. The CFO will oversee the company's financial strategy, manage financial planning and analysis, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include developing budgets, forecasting, managing financial risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The CFO will also collaborate with executive leadership to drive decision-making and support organizational growth through strategic financial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and expertise in Financial Statements.
- 10+ years in Data Center experience
- In-depth understanding of Finance and Financial Reporting processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Experience in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and fiscal governance.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (e.g., MBA or CPA preferred).
