Sarasota Paradise, a USL League One expansion club launching in 2026, seeks a dynamic CBO/CRO to drive revenue growth and team building. This role is for a builder who inspires excellence, executes with accountability, and fosters a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee revenue streams: ticketing, sponsorships, merchandise, and marketing.
- Manage a team of 8-10 staff across tickets, sponsorships, marketing, and merch.
- Cultivate a winning culture of ownership, creativity, and collaboration.
- Align teams and drive upward momentum.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent.
- Partner with ownership and sporting staff to integrate business and on-field strategies.
- Deliver exceptional fan, partner, and community experiences in Sarasota.
- Manage budgets efficiently for sustainable growth.
- Represent the club publicly with energy and professionalism.

- A revenue leader with experience in ticketing and sponsorships, ideally as a department head.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in ticketing at professional sports level (ideally from NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL); 7–10+ years in leadership in sports or growth-oriented businesses.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and revenue results.
- Experience driving ticketing/corporate partnerships to targets, using data.
- Strong financial acumen in P&L and budget management.
- Effective communicator, motivator, and culture builder.
- Skilled in building local partnerships with empathy for community impact.
