Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Application Lead to drive the design, build, and configuration of Salesforce Conga CPQ applications. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead solution delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the project team to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive key technical and architectural decisions, ensuring scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Provide innovative solutions to technical and business challenges.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
- Ensure alignment of applications with business needs, quality standards, and performance expectations.
Must Have
Professional & Technical Skills
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles.
- Experience in leading teams and managing project lifecycles.

- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and tools.

Experience Requirement
- Application Lead (Senior Role): Minimum 7.5 years (with strong Salesforce Conga CPQ expertise).
- Mid-Level Role: Minimum 5 years (with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Conga CPQ).
- Junior Role: Minimum 3 years (with hands-on Salesforce Conga CPQ exposure).
Education
- 15 years of full-time education required.
