Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Greenwood County Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in the scenic Flint Hills of Kansas, is seeking a strategic and mission-driven CFO to lead financial operations and support our commitment to rural healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance, budgeting, revenue cycle, and compliance
- Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning
- Lead departments such as Billing, AP, Materials Management, and HIM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of healthcare financial leadership (CAH or rural hospital preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and cost reporting
