Key responsibilities
- Process sales orders, customer inquiries, and internal communications accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving driver and client issues promptly.
- Support daily operations, including system maintenance and general administrative tasks.
- Assist leadership with coordination, reporting, and implementation of operational initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with your line manager to drive enhancements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and office support as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a similar operational role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
