As our Part-Time Chief Financial Officer, you’ll work directly with the CEO to:
✅ Diagnose financial challenges and design a turnaround plan
✅ Strengthen cash flow, margins, and profitability
✅ Prepare the company for investment and scalable growth
✅ Act as a strategic partner, not just a financial administrator
What we’re looking for:
- Proven CFO/Finance Director experience in SMEs or high-tech
- Track record in improving financial performance and securing funding
- Strong hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to explain numbers clearly to non-finance teams
Flexible, part-time role – 10-40 Hours/Month, hybrid or remote.
