The Role
We’re recruiting a GTM Growth Lead to own Woden’s growth and marketing efforts.
We have a proven messaging framework and established ICP and buyer personas already in
place. Now, we’re looking for a GTM Growth Lead to convince founders, CEOs, and strategic
leaders that a strategic narrative is the necessary step to achieving their business objectives.
This role requires a blend of creativity, executional excellence, and a data-driven approach to
create growth and opportunities through brand awareness, optimize lead generation, and grow
client engagement. You will collaborate closely with Woden’s managing partner as well as the
sales and client success teams to craft compelling marketing strategies and content that drive revenue and brand awareness.
You’re a great fit for this job if you’re creative—but purposeful. At our core we’re storytellers,
but clients ask us to apply story to the strategic challenges they’re facing in their business. We’d
like to add a team member who’s curious, highly analytical and results-driven, and can see the
potential in a brand to become bigger than it is today.
What You’ll Do
• Own and execute Woden’s go-to-market strategies, including brand marketing and demand
generation
• Manage Woden’s LinkedIn ads, Adwords, and Google Analytics
• Collaborate with managing partner to create founder-led content and thought
leadership
• Manage Woden’s weekly email newsletter
• Build brand awareness and outreach campaigns
• Manage Woden’s website, including implementing best SEO practices
• Create marketing content including case studies, whitepapers, one-sheets, and other
collateral
• Coordinate with outside agencies and partners for video and email marketing, among
others
• Own Woden’s social proof strategy, including managing Woden’s Clutch page
• Own Woden’s social media presence
Your Skills and Qualifications
• 3-4 years of B2B experience in GTM strategy, demand generation, or brand marketing
• You’re proficient in Hubspot
• Experience marketing for high-ticket B2B services preferred
• You have a working knowledge of Google Adwords and Linkedin Ads
• You have familiarity with AI tools such as Clay
• You have excellent writing skills
• You’re dynamic and agile; change doesn’t throw you off your game
• You have a builder mentality, and want to put your stamp on creating something huge
• You're both data-driven and creative; you solve problems with a story-driven mindset

Compensation
Base salary of $66,000 plus incentive bonuses
