Position: General and Operations Manager
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $65–$130/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a General and Operations Manager.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of content for a top AI company.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
- Use a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a General and Operations Manager.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada
Compensation & Legal
- At-will contractor to Mercor.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
