Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term development goals.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost control to ensure effective use of funds.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial analysis, reporting, and improvement recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, capital structure, investment, and financing activities.
Risk Control: Establish and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with laws, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Team Leadership: Manage the Finance department and provide guidance to a team of financial managers, accountants, and analysts.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with business, operations, sales, HR, and other teams to provide financial support and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8-15+ years of financial management experience, preferably with cross-departmental leadership experience.
Familiarity with accounting standards such as GAAP/IFRS and related laws and regulations.
Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Good strategic thinking, business acumen, and communication skills. Candidates with professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, and CMA are preferred.
Position Position
Level: Typically below the CFO, serving as the second-in-command within the finance department.
Suitable Company Types: Mid- to large-sized enterprises, multinational corporations, and growth-stage companies (especially those in the fundraising or expansion phase).
Influence: Plays a key role in fund management, business decision-making, and investment direction, directly impacting the company's profitability and sustainability.
