About the Role
The CFO will be a strategic leader, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the group of companies, including planning, risk management, and reporting. The right candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and balances big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial planning and risk management to support growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities and drive profitability.
- Develop and mentor finance teams, building strong systems and processes.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to foster collaboration and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior leadership experience in finance, preferably as a CFO or equivalent role.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) strongly preferred.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills; effective both in a team and independently.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, or multi-entity operations is an asset.
