$70,000 base and On Target Earnings with bonus ($25K) for total comp of $95,000
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting and driving sales initiatives across North America and the UK. This role is responsible for managing processes and operational execution across three key areas: new name sales support, professional services statements of work (SOWs), and current account upsells. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the Director, Client Success, Professional Services team, and account management to ensure smooth sales execution, accurate documentation, and efficient hand-offs between teams.
This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
· Partner with the Director, Client Success to manage and track new name sales opportunities through the pipeline.
· Ensure CRM data integrity, including timely updates to opportunities, quotes, and customer information.
· Prepare and distribute regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
Professional Services SOW Management
· Coordinate with Manager on Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional services engagements identified during client account reviews.
· Act as liaison between Sales, Professional Services, and clients to ensure smooth hand-off and delivery timelines.
Account Upsell Management
· Partner with account managers to identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
· Tracks upsell initiatives, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure timely closure and handoff.
· Maintain accurate revenue forecasting for upsell opportunities.
Process & Operational Excellence
· Recommend and implement improvements to sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
· Support onboarding of new sales team members by sharing best practices and tools.
· Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing, contract terms, and revenue recognition.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or a similar role (preferably in a SaaS or technology company).
· Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and ability to generate reports and insights.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
· Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data and recommend actionable insights.
