Rate - $20,000 / month on a 1099 basis

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced contract CFO for a private company who is planning to go public via reverse merger in the next 12 months. This person will lead financial operations and guide key investment decisions. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in NetSuite ERP and a strong ability to analyze and act on growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Provide financial insights and guidance to support business growth.
· Work with other leaders to raise up to $100m of series C funding.
· Manage and optimize financial systems, particularly NetSuite.
· Oversee investment strategies and make informed capital allocation decisions.
· Ensure compliance, strong controls, and transparent reporting.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive.
· Strong proficiency with NetSuite ERP.
· Comfortable making investment calls and advising on strategy.
· Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
