Elk Products, a leading designer and manufacturer of security and automation solutions for homes and businesses, has an immediate need for a Chief Financial Officer.

The CFO will direct and oversee the day to day activities for general ledger accounting, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales taxes, income taxes, treasury and payroll.

Minimum requirements of 7 years of experience in a CFO role, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES of the CFO:

Management of the monthly and quarterly close process ensuring timeless and accuracy of the financial results
Oversee the preparing of accurate financial statements and reports
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives, including long term financial plants, budget development, and financial forecasting
Manage cash flow, including regular cash flow projections and relationships with the financial institutions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements, managing audit and tax reporting
Lead and develop the finance team, including accounts receivable and accounts payable

Base compensation of $100,00.00 per year, plus an opportunity to earn a bonus based on performance.
