Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist will support the efficiency, productivity, and growth of FRC’s sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and data analytics, ensuring the team has the right tools, insights, and processes to succeed. The Sales Operations Specialist is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on data analysis, process optimization, and supporting seamless sales planning and execution.
Primary Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related tools management

Administration, optimization, and training on the use of HubSpot, Contraqer, GovSignals, and other sales tools to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Evaluating, implementing, and integrating new and existing tools.
- Involvement in Process Optimization
- Design, implementation, and refinement of sales workflows to improve efficiency and consistency

Standardization of reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Utilization of Data and Analytics

Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that provide insights into pipeline health, sales performance, KPIs, and other ad hoc requirements;
- Identification of opportunities for improvement and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with sales leadership to manage forecasting accuracy, territory planning, quota setting, incentive design, and performance tracking.
- Collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Order Processing, Technology, and other departments to streamline activities and reporting.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role

Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool customization and workflow experience (HubSpot experience preferred)

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Highly organized and detail oriented
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field preferred

Experience with the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) sales cycle

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Experience with sales quoting tools (Contraqer, Quoter, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool
