About the Role
At Franchise Empire, we’re on a mission to disrupt the franchise industry. We help everyday people find, vet, buy and launch money making franchises— faster, and smarter, than ever before.
We’re looking for a Director of Business Operations to lead the day-to-day operations and help transform our fast-growing company into a scalable, well-oiled machine. This mission-critical leadership role spans every corner of the business — from CRM design and management, to people operations and hiring systems, to payroll, client care, technology infrastructure, franchisor onboarding, and data management.
In short? You’re the glue that holds everything together — and the engine that keeps us moving forward.
This position includes a seat on our Leadership team.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with department heads across sales, marketing, technology, and franchise brokerage. If you thrive in a fast-moving, purpose-driven, no-excuses culture… we want to talk to you.

You Might Be a Fit If…
- You like working for small scrappy companies, the big corporate type of environment is NOT for you.
- You’ve led operations for a high-growth startup, agency, SaaS, or franchise-related business
- You’re experienced in implementing and managing HubSpot CRM or similar tools and know how to use them as the operational backbone of a business.
- You’ve worked in (or closely with) sales, tech, or client services teams — and know how to build bridges between them.
- You have experience managing recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes that scale with growth.
- You love CRMs, automations, SOPs, and spreadsheets almost as much as you love people.
- You’re familiar with EOS / Traction and know what it means to be an Integrator.
- You’re equally skilled in people leadership and process improvement
- You have excellent follow-through, high standards, and love taking ownership of outcomes

What You’ll Own
As Director of Business Operations, you’ll be responsible for:
- Growing into our Integrator under the EOS model — driving alignment, execution, and accountability across all departments
- Owning SOP development and adherence, ensuring every function of the business is documented, delegated, and done with precision
- Owning CRM strategy and management (HubSpot), ensuring it drives alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Brokerage.
- Leading recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for key positions.
- Overseeing finance-related admin, including payroll, invoicing, and A/R
- Leading the Tech Manager, guiding the prioritization and execution of internal tooling and automations
- Supporting training for systems that help our team scale with excellence
- Driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Brokerage, ensuring seamless cross-department collaboration

In Your First 90 Days, You’ll…
- ✅ Fully own the ongoing management of HubSpot CRM — leading and reviewing the build-out of workflows, automations, and simplified business processes with modern UX
- ✅ Audit current recruiting and onboarding practices, and implement a streamlined hiring/onboarding process for new employees and contractors.
- ✅ Audit all existing SOPs across departments and implement at least 3 major operational improvements
- ✅ Collaborate with Marketing and Tech to identify and execute on opportunities to integrate AI into our day-to-day operations for enhanced efficiency
- ✅ Create a scalable franchisor onboarding system, ensuring new brands are seamlessly integrated into our inventory and backend
- ✅ Establish a reporting dashboard for department heads that tracks key KPIs and streamlines executive decision-making
- ✅ Lead build out of Franchise directory — designing and leading the build-out of a highly functional Franchisor Directory for our internal brokerage team.

Perks & Details
- Salary: $80,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available, getting total compensation to
- $100,000 – $150,000/year
- Location: Remote or Hybrid if located in Orlando, FL (U.S. based preferred)
