Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our fast-growing family of exterior home remodeling businesses (~$50M in revenue). As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving scalable growth by developing a robust financial infrastructure, optimizing capital strategy, and providing the insights and leadership necessary to support continued expansion. This role requires a dynamic financial leader with a strong track record in scaling organizations, building systems from the ground up, and managing the complexities of multi-entity operations.
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and executive team to shape and execute growth strategies, including geographic expansion, new revenue streams, and strategic acquisitions
- Lead long-range financial planning, capital allocation, and scenario modeling to support scalable growth
- Function as the primary financial liaison with banks, investors, and other external stakeholders, cultivating relationships that support funding and expansion efforts
Multi-Entity Financial Oversight
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across a multi-entity business structure
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements across all entities
- Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems that drive visibility, accountability, and performance at the entity and consolidated levels
Scalable Infrastructure & Operational Excellence
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable financial systems and internal controls that align with current and future business needs
- Lead or support the implementation of a company-wide ERP or enterprise financial system to improve accuracy, efficiency, and data integration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, ensuring the function grows in step with the business
Capital & Risk Management
- Assess capital requirements for growth and lead the development of funding strategies, including debt, equity, and reinvestment approaches
- Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital structure optimization across the organization
- Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, partnering with operations and legal to safeguard company assets
Cross Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Human Resources to align financial insights with operational decision-making
- Provide financial modeling and analysis to evaluate new markets, business lines, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in a multi-entity, multi-location, or growth stage company
- Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a growth-stage or scaling business environment
- Demonstrated success implementing financial systems and processes that support organizational scale
- Strong background in capital strategy, banking relationships, and operational finance
- Experience leading financial integration of acquisitions and managing complex organizational structures
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent education strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits Package:
- Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
