Together:
You’ll help our sales team shine by making sure no lead, appointment, or deal falls through the cracks. You’ll keep an eye on the numbers, help spot opportunities to improve, and work side-by-side with our sales managers and salespeople to hit our targets.
What You’ll Do

Partner with salespeople and managers to ensure leads are being followed up consistently and effectively.

Monitor KPIs like speed-to-lead, appointments set/shown, and internet close rates, and keep the team accountable.

Develop strategies with managers to plug gaps in the sales process and improve conversion.

Handle some administrative tasks (deal paperwork, CRM updates, simple reporting) to free up manager time.

Produce easy-to-understand reports and share insights with the team.

Be the “extra set of eyes” in the sales pit—catching issues early and helping solve them.

Education & Experience

Post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is preferred (but not required).

Experience in sales support, operations, project coordination, or customer service is an asset.

No automotive background needed—we’ll provide the industry training.
