As we expand our business, we’re seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our growth strategy, drive revenue generation, and build high-performing sales and business development teams.
Role Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer will own the company’s revenue strategy and execution. This leader will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success into one cohesive growth engine. The CRO will identify new markets, expand customer acquisition channels, and strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy across all channels (B2B, B2C, partnerships, and enterprise).
- Lead and scale business development, inside sales, and account management teams to consistently hit and exceed targets.
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with organizations, schools, nonprofits, and corporations to grow market share.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to optimize demand generation, lead conversion, and brand positioning.
- Use data and analytics to track revenue performance, forecast growth, and adjust strategies in real time.
- Establish scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and compensation plans to drive results.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to align revenue strategy with overall company vision and goals.
- Act as a face of RushOrderTees in the market, building relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership, ideally in eCommerce, apparel, printing, or a fast-paced consumer/creative industry.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue teams and delivering sustained growth.
- Strong background in B2B and B2C customer acquisition, sales strategy, and partnership building.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing revenue forecasting, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Inspirational leader with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-growth, hands-on environment.
