We’re looking for an exceptional Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team and support growth-focused companies in driving revenue expansion and sustainable sales strategies. If you're a revenue-driven leader with a passion for building scalable systems and maximizing business potential, this is the role for you! This is a client-facing, contract-based position with flexibility to work remotely or hybrid depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of revenue strategies that align with client goals and growth trajectories
- Drive the growth of sales, marketing, and customer success teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
- Design and implement revenue-generating systems that scale with the business, from lead generation to customer retention
- Build effective sales and pricing strategies that enhance profitability and increase market share
- Provide strategic guidance to founders in navigating revenue challenges and scaling operations
- Measure and optimize key revenue metrics to ensure business growth is on track and sustainable
- Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities that increase revenue streams and enhance long-term business value
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of full-time executive experience as a CRO, VP of Sales, or similar leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- At least 1 year of experience serving clients fractionally in a consulting or contract-based environment
- Strong background in sales strategy, customer acquisition, pricing models, and forecasting
- Proven success in scaling revenue teams, building systems, and aligning marketing/sales/CS functions for maximum impact
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams and stakeholders
- Experience with high-growth, venture-backed businesses (Seed to Series B) is a plus
- Familiarity with EOS or Scaling Up methodologies is a bonus
