- Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 annually

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Schedule: Mon – Fri, day shift
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the Hospital CEO, providing leadership in financial strategy, operational management, and oversight of key departments to ensure organizational and fiscal success.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Responsibilities:
- Directs budgeting, financial planning, revenue integrity, and financial reporting to maintain strong fiscal performance.
- Manages accounting, purchasing, patient access, and health information systems departments, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support.
- Develops and enforces financial and operational policies that optimize controls, purchasing efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Leads recruitment, training, and performance management for staff within supervised departments to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited program
- CPA certification preferred
- A minimum of 10 years’ financial leadership experience within a hospital setting
