- As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will help structure profitable, compliant transactions that meet customer needs and maximize Adobe’s revenue. You will act in a fiduciary capacity managing first-line approvals, accelerating deal closures, and partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders. Work model: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite in Lehi, UT.
- Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and meet regularly with sales teams.
- Draft and certify customer contracts.
- Communicate deal value through documented business cases to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform to specified metrics and service levels.
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with policy and procedures.
- Partner with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit, and other functions.
- Ensure transactions comply with internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
- Prepare in-quarter deal status updates and communications to management.
- Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk.
- Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Experience structuring multi-element contracts, including subscriptions, licenses, services, and support.
- Proficiency with software revenue recognition accounting, SOP 97-2 and related guidance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
