We are at a pivotal stage of growth and transition with many opportunities and challenges. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be both a strategic partner and a cultural leader.
The CFO will:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, President, and leadership team.
- Drive financial visibility and insights that fuel growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Lead all aspects of financial management: accounting, reporting, planning, treasury, risk, and compliance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing accounting and finance team, instilling our culture and values.
- Take ownership of tactical implementation of core operational systems to ensure successful adoption, cross-functional coordination, disciplined project management and long-term impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in Accounting and Finance.
- Public accounting background strongly preferred.
- Industry experience in manufacturing or distribution is highly desirable.
- Track record of ERP implementation or financial systems transformation.
- Experience leading teams and developing future leaders.
- Strong project planning and execution skills — able to prioritize and execute in complex environments.
