About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive the financial strategy that supports our expansion and community impact goals.
You will have a broad mandate to enhance governance, lead capital management initiatives, optimise financial performance, and help steer the organisation through continued national growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a financial strategy that supports ambitious growth while remaining grounded in our core values of care and service.
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, treasury, and risk management.
- Partner with the CEO, Board, and Executive team to drive business strategy and sustainable decision-making.
- Lead capital planning and funding initiatives in collaboration with external financial partners.
- Drive financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition success for strategic acquisitions.
- Build a best-in-class Finance function, attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
- Strengthen financial systems and governance to support scalability across a distributed, service-based business.
- Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners, auditors, and external advisors.
About You
You are an experienced financial leader who thrives in complex, dynamic environments.
You combine deep technical expertise with a values-led leadership style, and you are passionate about contributing to an organisation that is delivering real and lasting change to the community.
You will bring:

CA/CPA qualifications with significant experience leading finance functions in growth-focused businesses.
- Strong track record in financial strategy, capital management, compliance, reporting, and operational leadership.
- Expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration.
- Experience building scalable systems and processes to support distributed, multi-site operations.
- Strong strategic capability balanced with operational "hands-on" execution.
- A collaborative and ethical leadership style, grounded in service, transparency, and accountability.
- The ability to engage and influence Boards, financial institutions, and senior leadership teams.
