We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on CFO to take full ownership of our financial operations — turning data into decisions, chaos into clarity, and freeing our CEO from day-to-day financial firefighting.

The Role

The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, forecasting, and accountability across all departments — including Sales, SEO, Website Management, Development, and Finance.

You’ll design systems for financial transparency, profitability, and cash control while leading our small but mighty finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a 12-week rolling cash flow forecast with high accuracy.
Build department-level P&Ls to track profitability across divisions.
Oversee accounts receivable and ensure 95%+ collection within 30 days.
Create and manage budgets and financial forecasts aligned with company goals.
Deliver a monthly financial snapshot — concise, visual, and actionable.
Partner with department heads to tie financial results to operational performance.
Provide strategic insight on growth, profitability, and risk management.

What We’re Looking For

8–15 years of financial leadership experience.
Proven success scaling service-based or recurring-revenue businesses (agency or SaaS preferred).
Experience with data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of subscription margins, labor efficiency, and cash cycles.
Confident communicator who can make numbers simple and actionable.
