Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in West Plains, MO. The CFO will oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing financial strategies, monitoring organizational performance against goals, and advising leadership on fiscal decisions. The CFO will contribute to the financial sustainability and success of Ozarks Healthcare by implementing effective financial management practices and fostering a culture of accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Finance
- Proven experience in Financial Reporting and interpreting financial data
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial performance and propose strategic solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare finance or a related field is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline (CPA or MBA preferred)
