Chief Financial Officer
High-Growth, Multi-Site Healthcare Organization | Elmhurst, IL
- Up to $225,000 Base Salary with Some Flexibility + Annual Bonus
- On-site – 5 days per week to Elmhurst, IL
Company Overview
We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing alternative mental healthcare providers in the U.S., a rapidly expanding multi-site organization delivering innovative, evidence-based treatments for patients with treatment-resistant mental health conditions. The organization currently operates 12 locations across four states and has been growing at approximately 2x or better annually. Its primary revenue streams are generated through private insurance and Medicare reimbursement. As the company enters its next stage of expansion, it is continuing to build its internal finance infrastructure and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help develop a scalable finance organization capable of supporting significant continued growth.
The Opportunity
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic and operational finance partner to the CEO and COO, with responsibility for financial planning, reporting, cash management, revenue cycle management, systems, and the continued build-out of the finance function. This is a hands-on builder opportunity, rather than a traditional executive-level CFO position where established teams and processes are already in place. The CFO will inherit a small finance team while bringing additional accounting and finance responsibilities in-house that have historically been supported by an external accounting firm. The position is particularly well suited for an accomplished Controller, VP of Finance, Head of Finance, or first-time CFO candidate who has significant healthcare experience and is ready to take ownership of the broader finance organization.
