Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Central, FL. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The CFO will manage financial risks, develop financial strategies, and work closely with the executive team to achieve the bank’s financial goals. Additionally, the CFO will ensure regulatory adherence and promote a culture of financial responsibility within the organization.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven skills in financial reporting and compliance
- Strong understanding of financial risk management and financial strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the banking industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaboratively with executive teams
