Healthcare Chief Financial Officer Role:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
- Responsible for financial policies, procedures, and the overall process of revenue integrity for the facility
- The Healthcare Chief Financial Officer assesses the current financial position and recommends budgets and plans for board approval
- Collaborates with other senior team members to develop financial plans, including expenditure programs
- Oversees the functions of patient accounting, general accounting, accounts payable, and other financial institutions within the hospital

Healthcare Chief Financial Officer Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a hospital finance setting
- Previous experience in an acute care hospital
- Certification in public accounting, management accounting, or manager of patient account preferred
