What You’ll Do
As RCG’s CFO, you’ll lead all financial functions across our growing portfolio, from high-level strategy to hands-on execution. You’ll partner directly with the CEO to shape expansion plans, maintain fiscal health, and keep our operations aligned with our mission of care and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting, and reporting across multiple assisted living communities.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and financial modeling for new communities.
- Create and maintain scalable systems for financial operations and cost control.
- Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and quality control initiatives.
- Manage lender, investor, and auditor relationships to support long-term financial health.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal regulations relevant to healthcare and property operations.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing finance team as RCG continues to expand.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years in a senior Controller, CFO, or CEO position — ideally within senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or property management.
- Proven experience leading multi-site financial operations and supporting rapid organizational growth.
- Expertise with Yardi Voyager or similar property management/accounting platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset — you see the big picture and the balance sheet.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
