The Opportunity:
Finatal are working with a Private Equity firm to hire a CFO for a buy-and-build with offices across the South West, and Headquartered in Somerset.
Currently operating at £2.5m EBITDA with ambitions to grow to £10m EBITDA, they are seeking to hire a proven CFO/FD with a track record of strategic acquisitions and post acquisition integration, ideally in the business services space.
The Role:
- Work with the executive leadership and investment board to identify and acquire strategic assets in their core market and region
- Manage lender relationships and debt reporting / covenants, taking the lead on any refi
- Lead and manage a team of 7+ finance professionals
- Put in place the foundations for a 4x scaling journey
- Commercial financial planning
- Operational finance improvements
Requirements:
- Experience as a no.1 in finance - CFO or FD - in a leveraged business environment of suitable scale
- Track record of acquiring and integrating bolt-on businesses
- ACA qualified with a background in Audit
