Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate finance, financial management, and regulatory compliance. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring sound fiscal management, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our long-term goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior management to enhance organizational performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions in compliance with GAAP and banking regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with FDIC, Federal Reserve, and other financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls and risk mitigation practices.
- Manage liquidity, cash flow, and investment portfolios, and oversee asset/liability management and interest rate risk strategies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the bank, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to align financial strategy with long-term goals and develop multi-year financial models and capital plans.
