Position Overview
Profile Bank is seeking a dynamic, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Management Team. As a local financial institution with a strong commitment to community banking, we are looking for a financial leader who will play a strong role in shaping the future of our organization.
The CFO will undertake a strategic role in the overall management of the Bank, providing financial leadership, operational insight, and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Bank’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support long-term growth and strength.
- Oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, budgeting, and reporting functions.
- Contribute planning initiatives and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage critical vendor relationships, contracts and negotiations to strong relationships and risk mitigation bankwide.
- Operate facility management functions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Management Team to execute strategic business opportunities and improve procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across all financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, within the Bank/Credit Union industries.
- MBA and/or CPA preferred. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, banking operations, and regulatory reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial systems and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract execution.
