We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Growth team and help us scale faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

About the Role
You’ll be the architect of XBuild’s go-to-market systems—connecting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success into one cohesive revenue engine.
Your mission: eliminate friction, automate clarity, and ensure data flows cleanly through every stage of the customer journey.
This is a hands-on, strategic operator role. You’ll report directly to the VP of Growth and work cross-functionally with leaders in GTM, Enterprise Sales, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize HubSpot as the single source of truth across Growth functions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track the full revenue funnel.
- Automate processes like lead routing, lifecycle tracking, and deal management.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Partner with leadership to define KPIs and improve revenue forecasting.
- Build scalable processes for onboarding, renewals, and upsells.
- Serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and CS—aligning goals, metrics, and workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive system improvements that increase efficiency.

What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems.
- Deep experience in HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and reporting automation).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset — you see both numbers and the story behind them.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with execs, sales reps, and marketers alike.
- Self-starter energy: you enjoy building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
- Bonus points for experience in construction tech, SaaS, or insurance restoration.
