Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Drive business growth through financial insights and strategy.
- Lead investor relations and funding initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, corporate laws, and taxation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work closely with the management team to drive business performance.
