About the Role
This hands-on and varied role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting our sales & Marketing Team while supporting operations. You’ll work closely with the Directors, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to uncover opportunities, optimise performance, and support business improvements.
This role combines sales administration, reporting and analysis, customer support, and marketing assistance. You will use your expertise to streamline processes, analyse data, and provide exceptional customer service to help drive our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews and process analysis
- Generate sales reports and performance insights
- Assist with market research and promotional planning
- Contribute to forecasting and demand planning
- Manage pricing formulas, rebate tracking, and contract execution
- Provide high-quality customer service and account management
- Deliver monthly performance and profitability reports
- Maintain data accuracy across customer, supplier, and inventory systems
- Support long-range strategic planning and price management
- Contribute to policy and best practice development
About You
- Proven experience in a sales analytics or support role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate insights
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Sheets
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools (preferred)
- Prior experience in construction, glazing, or trade services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
