Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will lead Finance, Commercial, People and ICT while sitting on the Executive Leadership Team. The role will set financial strategy and governance, drive commercial performance and embed scalable systems that enable international growth. You will balance strategic foresight with hands-on delivery to strengthen discipline, transparency and data-led decision making across the business.
The successful candidate will bring extensive senior finance leadership experience, ideally as Chief Financial Officer or General Manager Finance within growth-stage, technology-driven or export-aligned environments. Proven achievement in building high-performing teams, leading transformation, implementing ERP and reporting frameworks and managing cross-border operations is essential. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred) along with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence and an ability to introduce structure without stifling innovation.
