Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading all financial strategy, planning, and operations for the company. As the sole member of the Finance Department, this role requires a hands-on, strategic leader capable of managing both high-level financial planning and day-to-day financial activities. The CFO will oversee corporate financing, banking relationships, debt restructuring, and long-term financial negotiations, ensuring the company’s financial stability and growth. This position partners closely with executive leadership to support operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable expansion.
Essential Job Functions
Job Activities
· Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with business goals and long-term objectives.
· Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
· Lead financial negotiations, including vendor contracts, lease agreements, and financing terms.
· Evaluate and implement debt restructuring and capital improvement opportunities.
· Analyze financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making by the executive team.
· Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory filings.
· Manage relationships with banks, investors, lenders, and external auditors.
· Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
· Build financial models to guide strategic planning, growth initiatives, and profitability analysis.
· Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.

· Represent the company in financial discussions with external partners, lenders, and stakeholders.
· Lead financial due diligence for partnership, acquisitions, or major investments.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
· Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.

Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
