- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Collaborate directly with ownership on growth and strategy
- Implement financial controls to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with outside tax professionals and accountants
Qualifications:
- Proven accounting or financial leadership experience (CFO, Controller, or similar)
- QuickBooks Online proficiency required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Construction or drilling industry experience a plus
