Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to join our team. This individual is responsible for driving the company's growth generation strategy by overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and customer acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities involve creating and executing go-to market strategies setting financial goals, analyzing data for revenue growth, and leading high performing revenue teams. The role requires a strong understanding of sales methodologies, data analytics, strategic and financial planning to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and customer segments to fuel business growth.
- Monitor the marketplace and provide competitive strategies and tactics.
- Data Analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast revenue, reconcile actual performance to budget, make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and identify incremental growth opportunities.
- Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Oversee the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in campaigns, messaging, and pipeline management.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure sales targets and marketing ROI are consistently met or exceeded.
- Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure customer experience initiatives support retention, expansion, and overall lifetime value.
- Oversee customer success strategies to reduce inefficiencies and drive upsell opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to align revenue goals with product development and delivery.
- Foster a data-driven culture and ensure analytics are used to inform decisions.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Foster a performance-driven culture that supports innovation and accountability.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Report on revenue performance, findings, and plans to the executive team, the board of directors and investors
- Product and Market Alignment
- Work with management team to ensure that products align with market needs and that strategies are in place to drive sales and retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
