About Us
Holstery is on a mission to kill off the heavy tool belts responsible for back problems across the industry. Instead we're building a rig that lets you carry only what you need, while you need it. We use tactical materials such as billet aluminum, stainless steel, and reinforced plastics to build tool holsters that are lightweight, durable, and super-fast.
We assemble our products in our small shop in Moscow, ID. We're a small team but we take engineering and manufacturing seriously. Using lean manufacturing principles, clever engineering, and a distributed supply chain, we're able to punch way above our size and take on industry giants like CLC, Klein Tools, Occidental, and others.
Oh, and you'll be working with one of the coolest groups of people in Moscow - young, smart, nimble, and super engaged.
Responsibilities & Scope
You'll be working closely with management to handle routine and sometimes weird tasks related to operating the business. Think of this as a main course of finance/bookkeeping with a side of HR, importing, logistics, legal, compliance, and many other things. The good thing is that it's not boring, but this role will be a fit for an analytical, detail oriented mind that enjoys learning.

- Experience in finance or bookkeeping
- Strong analytical skills
- Must love spreadsheets
- Proficient in the use of AI
